These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you and der365 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account on der365, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. der365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and the Account permanently closed without recourse.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of der365 is lawful in your jurisdiction. der365 is operated and offered primarily for English-speaking players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law do so entirely at their own risk. der365 makes no representation that the services provided are appropriate or available in all locations.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on der365. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be closed and all associated balances, including pending withdrawals, may be forfeited at der365's sole discretion.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. Any activity carried out through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You agree to notify der365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
der365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and a photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by der365 may result in Account suspension or cancellation of pending withdrawal requests.
All Account balances on der365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at the exchange rate determined by der365 at the time of the transaction. der365 shall not be liable for any losses arising from currency fluctuations.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. der365 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200 to inactive Accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Player logs back in and resumes activity. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction being applied.
der365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of the Platform for the most current list of available options.
The minimum deposit amount on der365 is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and may be subject to additional restrictions based on Player verification status. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is finalised.
der365 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for mobile financial service payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash) and within one (1) to three (3) business days for card-based withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard). Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, for newly registered accounts, or where additional verification is required. der365 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This policy is enforced to prevent money laundering and protect all Players.
der365 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges, which are entirely outside der365's control. Players are advised to review the fee schedule of their chosen payment provider independently.
All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and any other incentive made available on der365 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms, all bonus funds awarded on der365 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be specified in the relevant promotional documentation. Wagers placed on bets with odds below 1.50 (decimal) may not contribute toward bonus wagering requirements.
der365 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and permanently close Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using systematic betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional conditions.
Bonus funds that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been satisfied within the specified validity period (as stated in each offer's terms) will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account balance without notice or compensation.
All sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, and other interactive entertainment offered on der365 are governed by product-specific rules accessible within each game or betting market. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

The following actions are expressly prohibited on der365 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
All content on the der365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of der365 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without der365's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of der365's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, der365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
der365 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. der365 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.
der365's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
der365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at der365.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. der365 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
der365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of der365 following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure by contacting [email protected].
These Terms & Conditions are written and published exclusively in English. In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity, or dispute arising from any translation of this document into another language, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances. All communications between der365 and Players regarding Account matters, disputes, or legal notices should be conducted in English.
